About Art By Emma-Lisa
I love colour and shape and I’m always expanding my knowledge. In my art I balance seriousness with botanical illustrations, figure and portraits with intuitive impressions. For me, it is important to explore, dare to be playful and use my artistic ability to develop myself and use different techniques.
All my artwork are made in my home studio where I paint with oil, acrylic and ink. I am constantly on the lookout for frames and spend time restoring them. Sometimes I plan my works based on a certain frame to get an overall impression.
